2015… I’m ready for you.

Thoughtful~Greatful~Ready

Today, the last day of 2014, I find myself in deep thought remembering all of the wonderful blessings I received over this past year. It was one of, if not THE biggest growing years of my adult life. Amidst the growth was pain, discomfort and it would be a lie if I said that there was no fear involved.

However, being completely outside of my comfort zone also allowed me to experience great joy and a sense of deep fulfillment. As I chose to face my fears and release insecurities one by one I became more power-FULL. Above all else, I learned to honor (WITH EVERY OUNCE OF MY BEING) the source of my power.

My essence. My LOVE.

I certainly have much more growth ahead of me, we all do.

More fears to face and insecurities to conquer.

But at this moment…

Right here…

RIGHT NOW,

I am grateful for every step of my life thus far that has brought me to exactly where I am. A place that is rich with lessons to be learned and life to be LIVED!

Yesterday, I was given the beautiful gift of a spa treatment and the body worker, who I was lucky to be assigned to, recommended a salt scrub. She explained that enjoying a full body exfoliation with natural salts right before the start of a New Year was a tradition where she comes from.  I loved the idea and agreed to try it out!

As she led me through the experience of having the layers of 2014, both the joyful and the painful ones, the light and the dark, scuffed off of me I vowed to let go of it all and start 2015 with new skin, a clear mind and an open heart…

OPEN… RECEPTIVE… READY!

Let 2015 begin!

Sending you all warm wishes for a healthy, happy and prosperous 2015.

May we all be open to the lessons life presents us with…

All of my LOVE,

Kev.

xx
